The attendance device epilog!
Fuh! what a project, on multiple attempts I was able to connect and retrieve information from the device.
We are now creating a proposal of 2Lakhs for the implementation of the project.
I am using the tactics of need and demand to raise the cost of development.
Project update the cost was raised to be 465k and then the client rejected the proposal.
Thanks for submitting the proposal for the Access/Attendance Device Management System for ULCI. After careful review and consideration, we have decided not to move forward with your proposal.
The primary reasons for our decision are as follows:
· Cost Concerns: The estimated cost of NPR 465,000 for the initial development and server upgrade is significantly higher than our allocated budget for this project.
· Implementation Timeline: The proposed duration of over two months to complete the project does not align with our need for a quicker turnaround. Our current operational needs require a more rapid deployment to ensure minimal disruption and timely enhancements to our system.
· Server Upgrade Requirements: The additional cost and necessity for server upgrades, including doubling the server capacity, present further financial and logistical challenges that we are not prepared to accommodate at this time.
· Project Plan: The project plan, as outlined, involves extensive phases and a detailed timeline that does not meet our urgent need for quick progress and results. We are looking for a solution that can be implemented more swiftly and efficiently.
Given these factors, we have decided to explore alternative solutions that better match our budget, timeline, and specific needs.

Uttam
