It has been 9 Months Since we have envisioned the software for Consultancies, we found out there are still some consultancies that are not using any software and there is still a place where we could land our idea. We founded a company called HOBES, it stands for Heuristic Approach of Organization Behavior Evaluation System. We had envisioned that there is too many points of contact for data collection, and in market there is a primitive technology that we can replace with ease.

We did not realize that the simplest of the solution goes for the longest run.
We had an initial funding to start the project, I poured in some of the money and asked our client to fund for the later. I presume the software was ready within 40K budget spent on development other then the founding members.

We Provided the system to the client and I went onto the market to turn consultancies into HOBES Client. But Undenounced to it something like that never happened. We Thought that "The problem for the consultancies was they needed separate with access credentials to handle(reply) on their social media accounts" and HOBES did a great job solving that issue.
But to our surprise there were 2 problems, consultancies were too busy consulting students that they did not had any time to use the system, and WhatsApp API was too costly(I should have worked with free plans).

On those days I did not had experience with Sales I tried to convince people into considering our system. During that Search I was able to meet Mr. Prakash Lamichhane and MR Roshan Kharel both run consultancies and both unreliable persons. I guess these people took most of my time and I am still meeting these people and that kindof Sucks. But the rule of sales says, the client that gives you trouble gives you the most thrill. You apply all of your tactics to administer the project and you learn. Well that is yet to happen but anyhow.

Till Now I have convinced 3 Person to build software, that are HOBES, Tespn, Genentech.
During this write there is a new player in Market Agen+cis.
