# A Long term plan

There is a saying that, a person without a plan is lost within himself. So lets reflect back on and see what I want within

1. 10 years of duration
    
2. 5 years
    
3. 3 Years
    

Starting from the earliest of the year.  
Within 3 Years I will be handling a highly dedicated 20 Person Team, deriving cutting edge technology and will not be facing financial issues reimbursing the 20 person team. I will own a house in Kathmandu valley.

On a 5 Year plan I will take a study break, visit US, rekindle with family on US and devise plans to expand the company in the US. Sometime around I will get married.

On a 10 year plan I will complete my study mission and creating a successful business in the US.

I do not intend to stay anywhere as I am doing all this to be financially independent. I would like to help people in need and I am developing this mindset of giving as I have dreamed.
